DIGICEL KICK START CLINICS FOOTBALLERS DEPART SUNDERLAND FOR HOME

Wednesday, September 1st 2010, Sunderland, England: The eight young footballers from the Caribbean and Central America – who were selected by England and Liverpool football legend, John Barnes, from the Digicel Kick Start Clinics 2010 – have departed England for their home countries of El Salvador, Honduras, Panama and Trinidad and Tobago. The boys – who departed from Newcastle Airport yesterday – flew back to Trinidad via London and Barbados. The boys from Central America depart Trinidad today for their respective countries. The aspiring young footballers spent one week training with some of the best coaches in the Barclays Premier League at Sunderland AFC’s Academy of Light.
