How did you start playing football?

I was five years old when I started to play football in the Z.V.Z formation in Holland. I’m not sure how long I spent with this club, but I remember that right after I left Zuidlaren, I joined Groningen FC. I was 10 years old when I joined and I spent the next 10 years with F.C. Groningen. When I was 20, I joined BV for two years and in 2008, I joined Heerenveen.

What position do you play?

I play left wing back.

Your contract with Heerenveen is for how long?

I have a contract for four years with Heerenveen.

What does it mean to you to play for Haiti?

It is extremely important for me to play for Haiti and to have the opportunity to play in the Gold Cup - I hope to go very far in this competition.  I have a lot of trust in this team, we have a strong team and the game against the United States will be very good. We just played a great game against Jamaica where we scored two goals. Our defense was excellent. I believe that the group we are in with Honduras, the USA and Canada, is well within our reach.

What are your expectations?

I hope that we will surprise the world and play a great competition.
